US Customers
All US sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation by logging in to your account at https://shopify.com/100832608535/account. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To start a return or cancellation request, log in to your account at https://shopify.com/100832608535/account.
- Outbound shipping: We will refund standard outbound shipping on withdrawal returns. Premium or express shipping upgrades are not refunded.
- Return shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless otherwise stated.
- Refund timing: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items, to your original payment method.
- Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, or other categories exempt under applicable EU law.
